Order-Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before your order is billed & processed. Most orders are billed & processed within 1 hour of submitting. Once the order has been processed, and payment has been accepted, your order is subject to a minimum 15% cancellation fee. All special order (7-10 day shipping) items are non-cancellable.
Buyer shall have no right to order any change or modification to any product or service previously ordered by Buyer, or cancel any order without Northside Hardware Inc's prior written consent and payment to Northside Hardware Inc for all charges and expenses incurred by Northside Hardware Inc. Custom ordered items may not be canceled or returned, and no refund will be made.
Please Note: Cancellations must be confirmed by a Northside Hardware Inc employee. If a cancellation request is not confirmed by a Northside Hardware Inc employee and your order ships, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees that may incur. Shipments in transit qualify as non-cancellable.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR CANCELLATION, YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED!
