How Does In-Store Pick Up Work?

Our store is located in beautiful downtown Appleton, Wisconsin. Our street address is: 1415 North Richmond Street Appleton, WI 54911. If you do not plan to drive to Appleton, Wisconsin to pick your items up, please do not select In-Store pick up. Doing so will only delay the processing of your order.

How Does Local Delivery Work?

Local Delivery is based on a list of zip code areas that we deliver within.  Cost for Local Delivery is 20 dollars unless otherwise noted.  If your entered zip code is within our Local Delivery range, an option will be displayed allowing you to choose Local Delivery.

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the LOG IN [+] If you do not currently shop with us, please click here to create a customer account link at the top left hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is calculated on the shopping cart page prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will process your order shortly after we receive payment from you. Most of our items leave our warehouse in 3 to 5 business days. Special Orders are generally an extra 7 to 10 days.  Each item's availability is listed on the product detail page.
